Soup’s Up!

One thing that I absolutely love about cooler temperatures is that it makes soups a perfect meal. I’ve gathered up a few recipes of the soups I’ve been loving making this season.

1. Chicken Noodle Soupfrom Just a Pinch

This soup was delicious! It call for frozen egg noodles, which I could not find at my grocery store so I used some from the pasta aisle. It’s very easy to make and so, so good!

2. Copycat Chick Fil A Chicken Tortilla Soupfrom Less Than Perfect Life of Bliss

When Chick Fil A first release their seasonalchicjrn tortilla soup a few years ago, I fell in love! However, I was heartbroken the first time I tried to order it after it had been removed from the menu for the season. I started searching for a copycat recipe and found this one. It is pretty spot on! SO good!

3. Instant Pot Ham & Cheese Potato Chowderfrom The Teal Acorn

I have shared this one before here, but’s wanted to share it again because it is Than good! It’s creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and filling.

4. Cauliflower Chowderfrom Damn Delicious Photo from Damn Delicious

This is one of the first homemade soups I made after we were married. It is one I like to go back to because it is so yummy! It is a low carb version is a baked potato soup, with cheese and bacon. Yum!

5. Baked Potato Soup from Allrecipes

Speaking of baked potato soup… most that I have come across involve chicken stock of some sort. In a college cooking class, we made a baked potato soup that was incredible. It was very simple ingredients, and chicken stock was not on the list. It took me a while to find one that matched the ingredients from the one I made in class. This one was it! It is the best baked potato soup recipe I have ever had!

What are your favorite soup recipes? I’d love to hear them in the comments!

***BONUS SOUP***

“Crack” Chicken Soupfrom My Incredible Recipes

I made this one after I had written this post, and it is too good not to mention. I discovered it when a friend shared it on Facebook, and I literally and to the store the next day to get what I needed to make it.

My Incredible Recipes

This soup incorporates chicken, noodles, ranch seasoning (the key player in my opinion) veggies, bacon and cheese with a few other ingredients to make thetastiest soup.

When I made it, I left out the bacon and it was still sooo good. It’s great the next day also, but the broth gets soaked up even more, so it’s more of a pasta dish at that point. It is truly creamy, flavorful comfort food at its finest!
