Whew! There is so much to share this week that I am using this post as more of a landing page vs huge tutorial post.
This week was a dash to finish line! We installed board batten, stripped and refinished the countertop, and painted the vanity.
While this was a lot, it still didn’t quite get us to the big beautiful reveal… le sigh. I’m still planning on tiling the floor, building some shelves, customizing the shower curtain, and styling the bathroom.
I opted out of tiling for this challenge a few weeks ago to save money. It is still on my ultimate list for this room, but with all of our summer plans, finding the extra cash for this particular part of this un-budgeted project it was put on hold for now.
The rest, I simply ran out of time. I thought that 8 weeks would be plenty of time, but alas…. here we are. Of course, I will keep posting as I go and will hopefully have a fully finished room to show you soon!
